Only two days before Christmas, the Crown Dental team is happy to report that our first-ever Toys for Tots drive was a success! Thank you to everyone who participated by bringing an unwrapped toy to donate to our toy drive!

We dropped off all the collected toys to Toys for Tots on Saturday. Members of the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve to will distribute them to families in need. The goal is to ensure that less fortunate children have a present to unwrap this Christmas. 

Why Toys for Tots? 

This was the first year that our team decided to donate to Toys for Tots’ local campaign to support families in need around southern NH.

We all know that there is so much need in our community and around the world. Choosing which charity to support can be overwhelming. As an office run and staffed by mothers, making Christmas brighter for kids was an easy choice. 

Taking Stock

To date, Toys for Tots has distributed approximately 566 million toys and supported 258 million children since it began in 1947. On a local level, this program distributed 62,188 toys in support of 25,000 children across southern NH in 2018.

This year, Crown Dental was delighted to boost those numbers by requesting our own donation box to “Deliver Hope” throughout our community.  

Between hosting our first Toys for Tots drive and our first ever Halloween Candy Buyback Event, we are excited about our community connections. We look forward to participating in more philanthropic opportunities in the new year.
